What is Caviar – useful information
Caviar is a prized delicacy comprising of the salted unfertilized sturgeon roe.
The Caviar we collect on our fish farm in southern Bulgaria is top grade Caviar usually enjoyed as an hors d’oeuvre
The Caviar is sieved and lightly salted fish roe, basically fish eggs!
Black Caviar has been banned completely in Russia. while researchers find a way of artificial breeding of the black caviar fish, artificially breeding black caviar is howevers currently allowed.
